1. Custom & Personalized Products

Many of our products are custom-made, personalized, or produced specifically for each customer.

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all information submitted with their order, including:

  • Spelling

  • Dates

  • Sizes

  • Colors

  • Personalization details

  • Shipping addresses

Press Gift Art is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.

Once production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

2. Orders

We reserve the right to accept, refuse, or cancel any order at our discretion.

In some cases, an order may be canceled due to product availability, incorrect pricing, payment issues, suspected fraudulent activity, or other circumstances.

If your order is canceled after payment has been processed, you will be notified and refunded when applicable.

3. Payments

All prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete payment and billing information.

We reserve the right to update product prices at any time without prior notice.

4. Order Cancellations & Changes

Because many of our products are made to order, cancellation or modification requests must be submitted as soon as possible.

Once production has begun, we may not be able to cancel, modify, or refund the order.

Please contact us immediately if you need to request a change.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the custom and personalized nature of many of our products, all sales may be considered final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Incorrect information submitted by the customer

  • Spelling or personalization errors provided by the customer

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided during checkout

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error made by Press Gift Art, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the item.

Eligible claims may result in a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation.

6. Product Colors & Appearance

We make every effort to accurately display our products.

However, actual colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings, lighting, printing processes, materials, and production methods.

Minor variations in color, placement, size, or appearance may occur and do not necessarily qualify as a defect.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times may vary depending on product availability, production time, shipping carrier, destination, and other factors outside our control.

Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Press Gift Art is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs, incorrect addresses provided by customers, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.

8. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the shipping carrier, Press Gift Art is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or stolen packages.

If you experience a delivery issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We will make reasonable efforts to assist when possible.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including designs, graphics, logos, photographs, text, branding, and other materials, is the property of Press Gift Art or its respective owners.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use our content without prior written permission.

10. Customer-Provided Content

By submitting content to us, you confirm that you have permission to use it.

Press Gift Art reserves the right to refuse orders containing content that is illegal, offensive, inappropriate, or infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Press Gift Art shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website.

Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific product or order involved.
